Valley Spring Recovery Center was founded in 2022 by Brian Cellary, drawing directly from his personal experience of struggling to find local addiction treatment when he needed it most. Unable to access resources in his community, Brian was placed in a facility in Florida, a moment that shaped his understanding of the barriers people face when seeking help.

After ten years of continuous personal sobriety and years of helping others in their recovery journeys, Brian saw firsthand the significant gap in resources in Northern New Jersey, where he grew up. He opened Valley Spring to bring much-needed, local treatment to the community he calls home.

Today, our licensed clinicians serve individuals from New Jersey, New York, and surrounding areas, providing dual-diagnosis support, multiple levels of care, and a same-day intake process designed to remove every barrier between a person and their recovery.
